Characterization and user experience design to a branched system that manages self-deployed parking lots, the system manages control rooms, tracking of automatic entries and exits management of appointments and collection systems.
The system characterized and designed with th aim of making complex functionality accessible to control rooms in the fastest and most efficient way.
Steps
01
Research
In the beginning of the process we intreviewed the control room operator, we studied their needs and we mapped the decision-making processes as it happens with them in the field.
02
Characterization
In this process we took the insights the emerged from the first stage and we created set of tools that allows them an easy use in real time controls to control well on the parking lots.
03
Design
From a full understandment of the project destinations and turning the complex interface into a friendly work tool, we created a clear and readable interface, one that allows non tech workers to operate the parking lot equipment easily.
